The Singapore Airlines Stopover Holiday Program: A Personal Experience

 Hello Travelers, I am Aaron Smith. As a traveling enthusiast myself, I have travelled to more than 20 countries but one of the journeys which was the best of all was the Singapore Trip. As I was travelling with my favourite airline The Singapore Airlines the journey was also very good. Traveling with them is always a pleasure, but the Stopover Holiday program made my trip even better. You ask why? The Stopover holiday journey provides you with more than 24-hour layover which includes hotel stays, and free entries at various tourist places. This package helps you to see Singapore like a local Singaporean while taking care of your pocket.



My Booking Experience

When I was traveling from New York to Hanoi there was a layover in Singapore and out of curiosity I added the stopover holiday package to my itinerary. It was a one-night stay in a 4-star hotel, with free entry to more than 15 attractions. The booking process was very easy and I got the details and vouchers in my mail.

Arrival at Changi Airport

As I landed at Changi Airport, I was greeted by a friendly representative who was my guide for the tour too. He guided me to my hotel. Then he briefed me about the tour and gave me a guidebook and some helpful words in the local language.

Accommodation 

I stayed at the Park Regis Singapore Hotel. , a hotel with mesmerizing views of the city. The room was very clean and airy and offered a view of the Singapore River. The services provided by the staff were good too. 

Exploring Singapore

 With only 24 hours of exploration, I visited most of the major attractions including Garden by the Bay, Singapore River, and Flower Dome. Next, I visited the Singapore flyer from where you will get the best panoramic views of the city. After that, I enjoyed the vibrant nightlife of Singapore and tried some local delicacies.

Departure

The next morning I was picked up from my hotel and dropped at Changi Airport for my flight to  Hanoi. The whole process was very smooth and hassle-free, the whole crew did their job very well.

Final Review

The Singapore Airlines Stopover Holiday program turned to be a memorable part of my journey. Overall, it was a value for money and a one-of-a-kind experience. Singapore Airlines did a great job by organizing this type of program. I am very thankful to the Singapore Airlines New York Office who suggested this program their service and suggestion made my trip memorable.
